Tips for working from home and benefits of incorporating Theragun into your work routine

Many of us who work from home feel that we are less productive than when we went to the office.

There are situations that we have had to get used to: seeing our children running to the back of the lectures or the dog barking behind them, or picking up a package from Amazon in the middle of a call or being tempted to put on a washing machine in the middle of the morning. Who can be productive with this routine?

Today we're sharing our top tips to help you stay productive, stress-free and hassle-free while working from home.

Tips for working from home:

  • Get dressed: It may be tempting to stay in your pajamas all day, but showering and getting dressed will help you focus and get ready to start your workday.
  • Stick to a routine: when possible, create a routine or stick to the routine you would have if you were in the office.
  • Get outdoors: try not to stay cooped up indoors all day, try to get some fresh air by going for a walk or sitting on the terrace, balcony or garden. It can help you see bring a fresh approach to your day and your never-ending to-do list.
  • Create a healthy space: To help you focus, create a place at home where you will do most of your work. It should be built for productivity, not just comfort.
  • Connect with colleagues: try having real conversations on the phone rather than just instant messaging and email, this can be much more stimulating and useful when you are isolated. Use software tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. to enable collaboration, either for work or to connect with family and friends.
  • Schedule: do household chores at the same time you would do them if you went to the office.
  • Take breaks: spend a few minutes every few hours disconnecting from the task at hand.

During these breaks, you can spend a few minutes relaxing, stretching or using your Theragun to help awaken your senses and recharge your energy, right after lunch or in the middle of the afternoon when you start to feel tired.
