We always advise you to make an appointment. This way you will be sure to visit at the requested time and you will not have to wait if there are more people. 

Normally, there are a maximum of 2 visits at the same time, as our team has two ergonomics specialists.

No. Visits will always be accompanied by an ergonomic specialist to 1) ensure that you are testing an option that is right for you and 2) because there are products with complex usage.
